Supplementation reduced menopause-related discomfort (MENQOL scores) and improved vascular function (reflection index). Additionally, women saw lower bone turnover markers (CTx, BAP, RANKL) and increased osteoprotegerin, supporting bone strength. The study also revealed a reduction in inflammation and oxidative stress, with decreased hs-CRP and MDA levels and increased glutathione and nitric oxide.
