Over 8 weeks, the combined group showed the greatest gains reducing 50 m and 100 m freestyle times by 1.92% and 2.48%, respectively along with significant improvements in reaction time and sprint index, reflecting enhanced anaerobic power and neuromuscular responsiveness.
