PB-Blend significantly reduced oxidative stress by inhibiting mitochondrial ROS (\u221256%), iNOS (\u221260%), and NOX2-derived ROS (\u221249%), while Vitamin C only reduced NOX2 activity (\u221245%). Unlike Vitamin C, PB-Blend increased circulating nitric oxide (NOHb) levels by 33%, supporting vascular and immune function. Both interventions reduced TNF\u03b1-induced ROS generation.
